Minimum Trade In Offer: *Offer Customers who trade in their vehicle at Gazley Wellington, Lower Hutt, Kapiti, or Wairarapa dealerships during the promotional period are guaranteed a minimum of $3,000 trade-in value towards the purchase of a new vehicle. Eligibility: Offer applies to private retail customers only. The trade-in Vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition, with no major mechanical or structural faults, and no undisclosed issues, have a current Warrant of Fitness (WoF) and registration. Stolen vehicles, or vehicles not legally owned by the customer are not eligible. Promotional Period: Offer is valid for trade-ins completed between 1 September 2025 and 31 July 2026 unless extended or withdrawn by Gazley Motors. Trade-In Value: The guaranteed minimum trade-in value is $3,000, regardless of the vehicle's market value. Gazley Motors reserves the right to adjust the trade-in value for vehicles that do not meet the eligibility criteria. Trade-in value applies only towards the purchase of a new vehicle at Gazley Motors and cannot be redeemed for cash. Level up across the Škoda range: This promotion commences on 1 July 2026 and ends at close of business 30 September 2026 or while stock lasts. If you make an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) of a qualifying model set out in the Level Up offer below (Promotional Vehicle), you may pay an additional $2,000 to upgrade to the corresponding higher specification model listed for that vehicle. Parts offer:*15% discount applies to genuine accessories only and is available for a limited time while stocks last. Volkswagen 30-Day offerOffer runs from 2 July 2026 until 31 July 2026 ( Promotion Period ). Purchases of eligible purchases of certain Volkswagen vehicles during the Promotion Period will receive a minimum discount $2,000. Offer only available at authorised NZ Volkswagen dealerships. To be an eligible purchase the purchase must made during the Promotion Period, be of new landed stock and paid for in full and registered during the Promotion Period. Not available in connection with any other offer. Some types of vehicle purchases are excluded.

IM6 Charger offer: *Purchase a new MG IM6 from Gazley MG before 31 August 2026 and receive a complimentary home EV charger plus prepaid RUCs for the first 5,000km. Available to retail customers only. Charger supply excludes installation and any additional costs. Any RUCs beyond 5,000km are the owner's responsibility. Offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be amended or withdrawn at Gazley MG's discretion.

Škoda Charger Offer: Offer available on new fully electric Škoda vehicles purchased from Gazley before 31 March 2026.Eligible customers will receive one complimentary home EV charger and a three-year service plan. Charger installation costs are not included unless otherwise stated. The service plan covers scheduled servicing only, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter finance offer: *The 3.90% p.a. finance offer with a minimum 20% deposit is available on new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans. The interest rate is fixed for the 48-month loan term. Payments are made monthly and include a PPSR fee of $10.35 and a documentation fee of $395.00. This offer is restricted to approved customers of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services New Zealand Ltd on a 48-month Consumer or Business Credit Loan, with a minimum 20% deposit required.
