Overview: The New Nissan Navara

The award-winning Nissan Navara ute has gotten a rugged new make-over for 2021. With Intelligent driving technology, a new bold & athletic design with all the capability you've come to expect.

Since the Navara’s debut, in 1985, it’s conquered some of the most extreme conditions thrown at it. From the Sahara desert, Thai jungles and Chilean mining regions. The Navara’s body-on-frame construction gives it the edge for these harsh off-road conditions. This makes it the perfect partner for your worksites and journeys across New Zealand.

Rugged Exterior, Comfortable interior

The new Navara gets a powerful front face with the new ‘interlock’ grille. The ute features new C-shaped quad LED projector headlamps, at the back, seamless LED tail lamps giving an impressive appearance. A layer of safety is added to the new lamps with increased brightness for low visibility driving.

The Navara is now more driver focused, with an improved steering wheel, instrument panels & controls. Inclusion the 8″ navigations & media screen plus a 7″ high-res TFT screen. For driver and passenger comfort the cabin also boasts new sound dampening insulation.

Kiwi’s will have the option of the new high-spec PRO-4X grade Navara with its unique and distinctive athletic black styling pack. Including; black front bumper & grille, door handles, roof racks and running boards and the upgrades 17″ black alloy wheels with all-terrain tyres. All flanked by the signature red accents.

Intelligent Safety Features

The Navara gets the best in driver assistance technology with Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility. The culmination of which gives the driver a 360 degree safety bubble around you and your passengers.

Among these new safety features if Nissan’s Intelligent Forward Collisions warning; which monitors up to 2 cars ahead and will warn you of potential multi-car accidents. Intelligent Emergency Braking, designed to proactively brake avoiding collisions. Adding to your safety is the Intelligent Around View Monitor (with moving object detection), which uses 4 camera to show you what’s coming from all directions around the ute.

Improved Functionality

The DNA of a workhorse ute has been passed onto the new Navara, with specially tuned suspension and strengthened rear axle. Delivering a payload up to 1.2 tonnes* (depending on grade). An integrated step in the rear bumper helps with access to the bed for easier loading and unloading.
