The New ŠKODA KODIAQ: Announced

The new KODIAQ has a host of design tweaks, innovative new technology and upgrade assistance systems.

Four years ago ŠKODA launched it’s SUV offensive with the introduction of the KODIAQ. The remarkable 7-seat family SUV from the Czech car manufacturer. Now the Kiwi favourite is getting a refresh offering drivers state of the art safety, efficient engines, innovative technology and upgraded driver assistance systems.

The KODIAQ was a real game changer for us. It was the first model of our SUV campaign and opened up a completely new, rapidly growing vehicle segment. Our customers and the international trade press appreciate the KODIAQ’s brand-typical qualities, just as they do with our other models.

Striking Emotive Design

The front of the redesigned KODIAQ sees the bonnet elevated along with the more up-right radiator grille. The version of the SUV leans more into the off-road look, with its new bumper design. The headlights have been slimed down for a more dynamic look. This combined with the fog lights give a distinct four-eye look.

Comfort for the Whole Family

The cabin of the KODIAQ also gets a make-over with new decorative elements, with a collection of new upholstery materials on offer. The SUV also gets a newly designed two-spoke steering wheel including crystalline controls.

We have once again further developed the spacious and comfortable interior of the KODIAQ. New contrasting stitching and the LED ambient lighting’s extended range of functions create new visual highlights, while subtle details harmoniously emphasise the overall appearance of our large SUV
