Join Our Team: Automotive Service Advisor

We’re looking for a full time Volkswagen and Nissan Service advisor to join our Wellington service team.

Gazley are the Volkswagen, Nissan, ŠKODA, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Mitsubishi, Mercedes-Benz, SEAT and MG agents for Wellington and have just expanded into the Kapiti coast! This is your opportunity to join an exciting expanding dealership being the conduit between our clients and our state of the art workshop.

We’re looking for a Volkswagen and Nissan Service advisor to join our service team. Industry experience is not required as those coming from Hospitality or Retail have very transferable skills to the role. The key is being having a positive outlook, hard work ethic and a Yes attitude.

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for the timely and accurate operation of all Service Department administrative systems and procedures including:

  • Customer reception, service invoicing and cash payments 
  • Courteous, efficient handling of customers at all times whether face-to face or by telephone
  • Liaising with our workshop team to ensure vehicle repairs and issues are dealt with
  • Working with our manufacturers to achieve targets and customer satisfaction

Being front-line staff, you will be well presented with the computer and phone skills required to deliver the highest levels of customer service. The ability to up-sell and add value to the customer and the company is essential.
