One of our Parts Departments has a vacancy for a ‘Parts Manager’. We’re looking to take our fast growing parts sales to the next level & need your help!
Reporting to the Group Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a customer orientated and profitable business. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and planning.
The Parts manager is to ensure that they mentor all staff within their department creating a high performing capable team. You must continuously review and monitor the progress of the business related KPIs. Manage and achieve Internal Targets. Manage and Achieve Manufacturer Targets across all Brands. Manage and achieve Internal and Manufacturer KPI’s. Manage Parts WIP. Manage stock levels and stock checks. Monitor Parts Sales i.e. Parts Trader, VHC, Internal, Retail and Trade. Lead team to a common goal. Conduct regular customer visits. Monitor sales trends and have action plans in place. Manage staff concerns and HR queries. Manage obsolescence. Create good team culture. Review and place stock orders, Manage and review returns in line with company policies. Lead new projects and any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
