We are looking for a skilled and organised Marketing Assistant to support our busy Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Social media & content
- Capture and edit photo/video content for digital and social
- Support marketing campaigns across digital and events
- Assist with events and sponsorships
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams for marketing assets, EDMs, and creative materials
- Provide general marketing and admin support
Events & Sponsorships
- Assist with planning, logistics, and setup for events, launches, and expos
- Coordinate signage, giveaways, and RSVPs
- Attend events to support setup, customer engagement, and content capture (some weekend and after-hours required)
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Support setup and performance tracking of Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Upload assets to Meta Ads Manager and other platforms
- Assist with SEO updates and website content management
- Support with design briefs, creative assets, and printing coordination
- Build and schedule EDMs, including reporting on performance
Marketing Admin & Support
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners to collect information and approvals
- Manage internal communications, newsletters, and promotional material distribution
- Provide general marketing admin support as required
Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years experience in a marketing, digital, or admin support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects across brands
- Confident written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
- Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative tools for both print and digital
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Bonus points for LinkedIn)
- Confident capturing and editing photo/video content for social media
- A proactive, can-do team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Full driver’s licence required (supporting across dealership locations)
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Bonus points for knowledge of, or interest in learning: HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git/Github, GTM, Search Console
