Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Automotive Sales People to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and market share
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, financing options, and promotions
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and support to team members to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors
- Be able to lead from the front still selling vehicles when needed
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales management experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
