Automotive Service Advisor

We’re looking for a Senior Service Advisor to become a key part of our dynamic Kapiti Coast service team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the vital link between our valued clients and our state-of-the-art workshop, helping us maintain the highest standards of service and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control.
• Collaborate with the Workshop Manager, technicians, and parts team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, maintaining efficient workshop flow.
• Communicate clearly with customers to identify service needs and offer informed recommendations.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and explain service estimates and repair options to customers.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-focused role within another industry (e.g., hospitality, client services).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• A full, clean driver’s license.
